① Raw Materials:
LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene): The mainstream material, providing high tensile strength and toughness.
Adhesion promoter: Enhances the film's self-adhesion, such as EVA, PIB (Polyisobutylene).
Anti-UV agent (optional): Used for stretch films stored outdoors for extended periods.
② Production Process:
Mixing: LLDPE + additives are mixed evenly.
Melt extrusion: Heated to around 200℃ through an extruder to form molten plastic.
Casting/Blown Film Forming:
Casting method: Molten plastic is extruded through a flat die, and cooled to form a film (high transparency).
Blown film method: Molten plastic is inflated into a film through an annular die (stronger tensile strength).
Winding and slitting: Cut into different widths according to customer requirements (common: 45cm, 50cm, 60cm).
