Features

High transparency: Has good clarity, making the packaged items clearly visible, facilitating the inspection of the item's condition and quantity, and enhancing the appearance of the packaging.

Good protective performance: Effectively blocks moisture and dust intrusion, protecting the packaged items from external environmental impacts. It also has good puncture resistance and tear resistance, preventing damage from sharp objects during handling.

Environmentally safe: Made from environmentally friendly and recyclable materials, odorless and non-toxic, suitable for direct packaging of items, complying with national environmental standards.

Production process: Mainly uses the casting method, involving heating the raw materials, extrusion, casting, and rapid cooling. The flow channel is long and narrow with a fast flow rate. The melt temperature is generally controlled between 180°C and 220°C, casting cooling temperature is controlled between 20°C and 30°C, and the winding tension is kept low, generally within 10kg, to facilitate the migration of tackifiers and reduce internal stress in the finished film.
