Features

Production process: Mainly uses the casting method, involving heating raw materials, extrusion, casting, and rapid cooling. The flow channel is long and narrow with a fast flow rate. The melt temperature is generally controlled between 180°C and 220°C, casting cooling temperature is controlled between 20°C and 30°C, and the winding tension is kept low, generally within 10kg, to facilitate the migration of tackifiers and reduce internal stress in the finished film.
