Features

Good self-adhesion: can tightly adhere to the surface of objects after stretching without additional adhesives or tying, securely wrapping items to prevent them from scattering during transportation or storage.

High transparency: has good clarity, making the packaged items clearly visible, facilitating inspection of the item's condition and quantity, and enhancing the packaging's appearance.

Good protective performance: effectively blocks moisture and dust intrusion, protecting packaged items from external environmental impacts. It also has good puncture resistance and tear resistance, preventing damage from sharp objects during handling.

Environmentally safe: made from eco-friendly recyclable materials, odorless and non-toxic, suitable for direct packaging of items, complying with national environmental standards.

Production process: mainly uses the casting method, involving heating raw materials, extrusion, casting, and rapid cooling. The flow channel is long and narrow with fast flow speed; melt temperature is generally controlled between 180°C-220°C; casting cooling temperature is controlled between 20°C-30°C; winding tension is kept low, generally within 10kg, to facilitate the migration of tackifiers and reduce internal stress in the finished film.

 

Application fields

Logistics and transportation: widely used for pallet cargo wrapping, can fix goods into a whole to prevent collapse or scattering during transport, protecting goods from damage.

Industrial product packaging: suitable for packaging various industrial products such as electronic components, mechanical parts, building materials, and chemical products, effectively preventing dust, moisture, and scratches.

Agricultural field: used as tree stump film in fruit tree cultivation to retain moisture and warmth, aiding wound healing and improving tree survival rates; in vegetable planting, PE stretch grafting film can be used to fix grafting sites on seedlings, promoting wound healing and plant growth.

Daily life: can be used to wrap books, clothes, food, and other miscellaneous items for convenient storage and organization.
