Features

High transparency: Has good clarity, making the packaged items clearly visible, facilitating inspection of the item's condition and quantity, and enhancing the appearance of the packaging.

Good protective performance: Effectively blocks moisture and dust intrusion, protecting the packaged items from external environmental impacts. It also has good puncture resistance and tear resistance, preventing damage from sharp objects during handling.

Production process: Mainly uses the casting method, involving heating raw materials, extrusion, casting, followed by rapid cooling. The flow channel is long and narrow with a fast flow rate; melt temperature is generally controlled between 180°C-220°C; casting cooling temperature is controlled between 20°C-30°C; winding tension is kept low, generally within 10kg, to facilitate the migration of tackifiers and reduce internal stress in the finished film.
